If we can’t find a guide that meets our standards, it is our policy to let you know, and to work with you to schedule a different day. The best guides are in high demand, so we recommend you make your bookings as far ahead as possible; most bookings come in 9 months to 1 year in advance. Full payment is required to hold the booking. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations 45 days or greater from your arrival date, 50% refund for cancellations 45 days to 72 hours before your arrival date. No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of your arrival date. This policy applies to your trip as a whole, not each day individually.
